Where does the journey take you? Simply anywhere with the Ponderosa Panniers. These bike panniers are ready for anything. Sunshine or rain, your gear will stay dry and protected in these 100% waterproof bags made from TPU fabric with taped seams and Hypalon reinforcements.
The panniers are attached to the top of the rack with two large Velcro straps and use the lower compression strap to also be lashed to the lower part of the rack. This guarantees that the bags do not swing back and forth, no matter how bumpy the ride gets.
As the straps for attaching panniers are often a weak point, all compression straps on the Ponderosa bags are fully replaceable, which is excellent for everyday use and considerably extends the life of the bags.
Another special feature is the two HDPE plastic reinforcement plates inside the bag. The inner panel provides sufficient stability against the carrier, while the outer panel helps to compress the bag more evenly and give it a slimmer profile.
